Petro Rabigh announced that the creditors' reliability test (CRT) for the company's Project Phase II, which commenced on 1 August 2019, was successfully completed on 30 October 2019.

The preliminary average plants' utilisation was 99%, which fully demonstrates the reliability and sustainability of the Phase II facilities, and the success of CRT. Detailed data analysis and reports will be developed later and confirmed with the lenders, after which the financial integration of Phase II will be conducted.
