Waste management and services company Dulsco has appointed InfoFort to digitise and automate its internal processes.
InfoFort will automate Dulsco's existing processes, creating hundreds of document definitions and e-forms and digitsing its physical document backlog through its paperless service. Furthermore, InfoFort will also provide a seamless migration to enVision, electronic content management system (ECM), with unlimited user licenses.
Dulsco specialises in manpower services and contracting, along with waste management and cleaning. The company currently employs a workforce of over 12,000 employees across its offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, Sharjah, and Ras Al Khaimah, with a large amount of paperwork required for administration.
The company said that InfoFort, an Aramex company, was chosen due to its established excellence in empowering digitisation, its innovative thinking, as well as its forward-looking, dynamic and enterprising way of conducting business.
