Avaya has released new phones and desktop devices to provide features beyond simple voice telephony.
The new Avaya Desktop Experience devices are intended for Unified Communications as a Service providers, to enable them to upgrade customers from voice phones.
The devices include conferencing devices, the J100 Series IP Phone and new devices for hospitality, wireless handsets and headsets enabling providers to evolve their offers and to deliver
