Aramex has launched services for customer on the popular WhatsApp mobile app.
The logistics provider has partnered with WhatsApp for Business to launch shipment tracking and Aramex depot locator service on the app.
In future the company plans to offer a full service for customers including shipment notifications, live location sharing, delivery instructions and scheduling. Aramex said that the launch is part of efforts to enhance customer experience and digitize the end-to-end shipment journey.
