Etihad reveals new appointments in commercial division
New internal promotions aim to increase productivity and sales.

Etihad Airways has announced new key appointments within its global commercial division to accommodate the growing requirements of the national airline.

The new appointments will see the relocation and promotion of three of Etihad’s long-time employees. Adam Phillips will now act as vice president commercial strategy and planning, while Craig Thomas replaces him as vice president Asia Pacific North and the Indian Subcontinent.

Philips will now take over the development and implementation of sales and distribution for the company worldwide. Thomas will in turn now be responsible for sales in 13 countries including Russia and Thailand.

In addition, Alan Glover will now be relocated to Australia to serve as manager sales Victoria, overseeing sales in Victoria, the South Australian states as well as Tasmania.
