Dubai Culture and Arts launches Spring Colours Festival

Dubai Culture & Arts Authority, has launched its ‘Spring Colours Festival’, which will run for two weeks across five Dubai Public Library branches from 23rd March to 8th April 2017.

At its Hatta, Al Rashidya, Al Twar, Al Mankhool and Umm Suqeim branches, Dubai Public Library is offering a range of activities for children from 6 to 15 years old, which have been designed to develop their skills and help them to benefit from their free time away from school during spring break, a press release said.

Fahad Al Mamri, Director of Dubai Public Library, said, "We are pleased to have launched this year’s edition of the ‘Spring Colours Festival’ in five different Dubai Public Library branches. The programme aims to enhance children’s skills through fun activities that are also related to their studies, and promote a healthy reading habit across this age group in line with the National Month of Reading March 2017."
