SAP, DEWA discuss ways to expand cooperation

A delegation from SAP, the multinational software company, recently met with Saeed Mohammed Ahmed Al Tayer, managing director and chief executive officer of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), to discuss ways to expand cooperation through initiatives, programmes, projects, and investment opportunities.

The meeting also discussed best practices and global experiences in managing data centres, cloud networks, hosting services, and information technology systems.

The delegation included Robert Enslin, global president for SAP Cloud; Gergi Abboud, senior VP at SAP for Middle East South; and Mohammed Samy, regional head of energy and utilities industry at SAP.

The SAP delegation briefed Al Tayer on the latest services and solutions offered in the field of digital transformation and cloud computing, and expressed their appreciation for DEWA’s leading achievements and interest in participating in its projects.
